Paradies Lagardère is seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Supervisor to support daily operations and lead team members in a fast-paced airport dining environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational standards, and creating a positive, productive workplace culture. The Shift Supervisor serves as a leader on duty, providing direction, coaching, and support to team members while ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support daily operations during assigned shifts Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve performance goals Ensure exceptional guest service and a positive customer experience Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and operational efficiency Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding new employees Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food safety requirements Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Support inventory management, product quality, and loss prevention efforts Assist with opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures as required Communicate operational updates and shift performance to management Qualifications Previous retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Customer-focused with a team-oriented mindset Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying as part of daily operations Competitive pay and benefits Career growth and advancement opportunities Training and development programs Opportunity to work with recognized dining and retail brands Supportive team culture focused on service excellence Disclaimer This position description is merely intended to describe the primary elements of the position.
