As an Assistant Chef Concierge , you’re not just overseeing the daily operations of the concierge desk – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay unforgettable for every guest. Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day: Manage concierge team: Train, schedule, and supervise concierge team members, providing guidance and support to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. Offer recommendations: Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions. Coordinate special services: Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs. Support VIP guests: Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests. Promote hotel offerings: Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs. Manage budgets and payroll: Oversee concierge expenditures, including payroll, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with budgetary guidelines. Ideal candidate preferably has the following: Member of Les Clefs d’Or, demonstrating elite concierge expertise and global professional standards. Strong background in Guest Relations, with a passion for creating personalized and memorable guest experiences. Proven experience in luxury hospitality, preferably within Forbes‑rated 4 or 5‑star hotels. Exceptional communication, discretion, and problem‑solving skills in high‑tension environments.
