Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). Licensed in state of practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA); license in good standing. Previous skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills.
