A growing hospital-employed anesthesia program in Coastal Florida is seeking CRNAs to join a collaborative and supportive anesthesia care team. • Diverse bread-and-butter case mix
• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Gastroenterology
• Gynecology
• Plastics
• Urology
• Interventional Radiology
• Spine, Thoracic, and Vascular procedures
• Regional anesthesia exposure
• da Vinci robotic surgery and Mako orthopedic technology
• Strong orthopedic program with ERAS pathways
• No trauma, OB, or pediatric cases

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Starting at $250K-$300K Based on Experience
• Up to 5% Annual Performance Bonus
• $100K Sign-On Bonus
• Overtime Compensation Available
• 8 Weeks PTO
