$650,000 salary + $250,000 bonus

Clinical practice:

This role provides comprehensive urological care in a modern, high-volume setting:

Surgical & procedural services:

• Access to 2 Da Vinci robots for minimally invasive procedures
• 16 cutting-edge operating rooms
• Advanced ambulatory surgery center
• Full spectrum of urologic surgery including robotic, laparoscopic, and open cases

Outpatient & clinic services:

• Dedicated urology clinic with a strong referral base
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Telehealth and office-based procedures
• Support from experienced NPs and clinical staff

Patient population:

• Prostate disease (BPH, prostate cancer)
• Kidney stones and stone disease
• Bladder cancer and dysfunction
• Kidney cancer and renal masses
• Male infertility and sexual health
• Female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery needs

Care commonly involves robotic surgery, endoscopic procedures, cancer care, and management of acute urologic conditions.

Typical clinical volume:

• Mix of clinic, OR, and procedural time
• Robust surgical block allocation
• Strong support staff for efficient workflow

Academic & faculty role:

• Upcoming Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine (launching Summer 2025)
• New residency programs in development
• Opportunities for teaching medical students and residents
• Participation in didactics, lectures, and clinical education

Schedule:

• MondayFriday schedule with dedicated OR time
• Balanced call rotation
• Collaborative team approach with excellent support

Strong clinical support:

• Multidisciplinary collaboration across specialties
• Dedicated OR and robotics teams
• Advanced equipment and ambulatory surgery center
• Full administrative and clinical support staff
