In-Person BCBA - NC LBA Required

About the Role:
As a BCBA at Alight Behavioral Therapy, you will be responsible for delivering in-home ABA therapy to clients, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans. You will work closely with a dynamic team of professionals to ensure the highest level of service delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
Conduct initial assessments, progress monitoring, and parent-child interactions to inform treatment planning
Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions, adapting to individual client needs and preferences
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transition of treatment plans and progress updates
Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely records of client progress and treatment plans
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the state of North Carolina
Experience providing in-home ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and theories
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client locations
