Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities Employs data analytics to assess, track and communicate performance of VisionLink commercial KPIs. Generate leads to fill full fleet opportunity funnel. Interpret data and results to identify trends and influence commercial strategy. Leverage AI to extract insights from data to support strategy and performance. Design dashboards and other tools to drive enterprise and dealer accountability. Expected to work broadly across multiple stakeholders to assess and monitor business performance. Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products. Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades. Conducting market research to do a comparative analysis of competitor offerings and provide recommendations for developing a more effective product/service. Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications. Preparing technical documentation and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams. Supporting senior analysts by fulfilling their data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance. Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity. Requirements Proven experience in design and prototyping dynamic views and visualizations for large and complex data sets in Power BI (typically 5+ years) Ability to tell a story with data Working knowledge of one or more programming languages Excellent communication skills Self-starter and driven while working well in team environment Create innovative solutions to solve business problems Strong attention to detail in order to spot inaccuracies in coding or data Experience with data structures using SQL Strong knowledge of Microsoft Management studio, R, SQL, DevOps, Excel, Alteryx, Snowflake is a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in data analytics, visualization, and performance assessment using tools like Power BI and SQL. Capable of collaborating with stakeholders to drive strategic insights and improve business processes.
