Commercial Real Estate Agent

Our client, a well-established commercial real estate brokerage firm, is looking to add a motivated, entrepreneurial sales professional to its growing Lexington team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys business development, relationship building, and the competitive nature of sales. The individual will work directly with experienced brokers and firm leadership while learning the commercial real estate business and developing their own pipeline of clients and transactions. The role will involve the sale and leasing of flex, industrial, investment, and adaptive reuse properties throughout New England. What You’ll Do: Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and direct outreach Build relationships with property owners, tenants, buyers, investors, and corporate clients Tour and show commercial properties to prospective clients Prepare proposals, presentations, and other client materials Assist clients throughout commercial sale and leasing transactions Negotiate lease terms, purchase agreements, and other transaction details Research property values, comparable sales and leases, market activity, and industry trends Partner with senior brokers on active transactions while building your own book of business Maintain strong client relationships and provide a high level of service throughout the transaction process Utilize the firm’s existing resources, tools, leads, and market knowledge to generate new opportunities Desired Skills and Experience: A minimum of one year of sales experience required. A passion for sales and interacting with people and an interest in real estate. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends Self-starter who thrives in competitive, high-energy environments Documented track record of ability to sell. Display academic, practical (i.e., “common sense”) and emotional (EQ) intelligence. Excellent interpersonal skills, experience dealing with customers. Hard working and diligent with ability to effectively work independently. Uncompromising integrity and ethical standards in all professional and personal endeavors Compensation: Expected earning potential is approximately $80,000-$100,000+ , with the opportunity to earn significantly more based on individual performance and production. #J-18808-Ljbffr
