Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • Travel experience is preferred. • Experience with Cerner is preferred. Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Required Skills/Experience: - Vents, BiPAP, basic RT treatments, EKGs, and intubation assist. Special Requests: - Must take full 6 months off from any Sanford Health or Good Samaritan Society location as well. - Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check. - Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. - Previous Marshfield employment requires an end date at least 6 months before submission. - Okay with duos if timing aligns. Unit Details: - Mainly adults, with minimal pediatrics and neonates (ER or newborn); travelers may be asked to cover high-risk deliveries at very low frequency. - Covers inpatient, ER, ICU, med-surg floors, and facility emergencies in the clinic. - Basic therapies, ABGs, EKGs, BiPAP/CPAP, ventilators, intubation weaning, extubation, and charge verification. - Assists with intubation and may insert King airways in emergency situations prior to provider arrival. - Equipment: vents—PB980, PB840, SurvoU, LTV1200, Hamilton; BiPAP/CPAP—V60, Home ResMed; high flow—Optiflow. - Hospitalist coverage 24/7, intensivist in house for the majority of the day, eICU support overnight.
