Accounts Payable Manager

A rapidly growing company in the property management/community association management industry is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead its AP function within a fast-paced, high-volume accounting operation. What You'll Do Manage the day-to-day Accounts Payable function for a high-volume, multi-client accounting operation. Lead and develop a small AP team while ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely invoice processing. Oversee the processing of thousands of invoices and recurring payments each month. Review invoice coding, approvals, and payment processing while maintaining strong internal controls. Manage vendor setup and maintenance, ensuring required documentation and compliance standards are met. Partner with accounting leadership to support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and other accounting-related tasks. Assist with onboarding new clients by coordinating AP transitions and recurring vendor obligations. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and increase departmental efficiency. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure exceptional service and timely issue resolution. What We're Looking For 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities. Experience working in a high-volume invoice processing environment . Strong understanding of AP processes, internal controls, and accounting principles. Experience supporting month-end close activities, reconciliations, or other general accounting functions is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, process-improvement mindset. High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred. Why This Opportunity?
