Coordinate with supply chain managers, engineers, logistics planners, and documentation teams to support deliveries. Track equipment and documentation deliveries to ensure alignment with agreed time, cost, and quality. Plan and follow up on supplier deliveries and internal coordination activities throughout execution. Support supplier engagement through participation in kick-off and clarification meetings. Work with project supply chain managers to address supplier delivery constraints and quality gaps. Manage assigned equipment or project responsibilities within a collaborative team environment. Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Qualifications Candidate must have work authorization permitting employment in the United States. Combination of education and experience: high school diploma or equivalent with 10 years of relevant experience; associate’s degree with 5 years; bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of professional supply chain, procurement or project management experience. 3–5 years of relevant experience working with suppliers and project‑based supply chain activities. Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or project‑based environments. Experience supporting negotiations or commercial discussions.
