FP&A Director

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Director to provide strategic financial leadership for a long-term contract opportunity. This role will serve as a key advisor to executive stakeholders, helping guide performance decisions, investment priorities, and growth planning across a multi-site business. The ideal candidate brings strong forecasting, liquidity planning, and transaction modeling expertise, along with the ability to translate financial insights into practical recommendations for senior leadership and investors.Responsibilities:• Advise senior executives and key financial leaders on business performance, resource allocation, and strategic growth opportunities across the organization.• Prepare clear, decision-ready financial materials and analyses to support leadership discussions and presentations for investment stakeholders.• Design and manage a rolling 13-week cash flow model that improves visibility into liquidity, working capital needs, and short-term funding priorities.• Lead the annual planning cycle and ongoing forecast updates, using operational and financial drivers to model business performance across multiple locations.• Develop scenario analyses, sensitivity models, and risk assessments that help leadership respond quickly to changing business conditions.• Oversee financial evaluation and underwriting for acquisition opportunities, including valuation analysis and transaction support.• Partner with accounting and operational teams to support the financial integration of acquired businesses and measure expected performance improvements after close.• Identify opportunities to apply automation and responsible AI tools to improve forecasting efficiency, reporting quality, and overall FP&A effectiveness.• Work closely with finance and field leadership during monthly close and review processes to explain variances and align operational actions with financial targets.
