IT Business Analyst

Serve as the primary administrator for AI-powered support solutions and automation tools, including knowledge management, testing, and continuous improvement. Administer and support enterprise platforms including SharePoint, Miro, Docusign, LinkedIn Learning, Adobe Creative Cloud, SnagIt, workplace security systems, AI-powered support solutions, and other Digital Workplace technologies. Manage platform configuration, user access, licensing, workflows, and integrations. Provide advanced support for enterprise platforms, working with users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve platform performance. Support software licensing, renewals, vendor relationships, contracts, and budget planning activities. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures. Participate in platform upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Experience supporting business applications, SaaS platforms, or enterprise technologies. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with vendors and business stakeholders. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms. Experience managing software licensing, subscriptions, and vendor relationships. Experience with AI, automation, chatbots, or knowledge management solutions. Experience working in a manufacturing or enterprise environment. Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
