Forklift Operators – Multiple Openings

Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour
Schedule: Multiple shifts available (2nd, and 3rd Shift)

OnTarget Staffing is currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for multiple warehouse and distribution opportunities. We are seeking dependable, safety-conscious individuals with experience operating various types of forklifts in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and cherry pickers safely and efficiently.
Utilize RF scanners to pick, scan, and track inventory.
Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse.
Pick, pack, stage, and replenish inventory.
Verify product accuracy and complete inventory transactions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience operating Sit-Down, Stand-Up, and Cherry Picker forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks .
Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
