Are you a sales-driven leader who thrives outside the standard 9–5? Joyce Windows, Sunrooms, and Baths — a fast-growing residential home improvement company — is hiring an Evening & Weekend Inside Sales Manager to run and grow our call center / appointment-setting team .

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 15–25 telesales/appointment-setting reps during evening and weekend shifts.
• Drive performance with clear KPIs, live coaching, and real-time accountability.
• Manage thousands of warm and hot inbound/outbound leads daily.
• Maximize appointment conversions and revenue through scripts, call monitoring, and role-play sessions.
• Recruit, hire, and uptrain inside sales reps to continuously improve performance.
• Partner with marketing and outside sales to align lead flow and conversion goals.
• Create a fun, competitive, and high-energy call center environment where results are everything.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven inside sales or call center management experience (appointment-setting preferred).
• Strong background in lead generation , phone sales , and appointment conversion .
• Hands-on leadership style — you thrive on the sales floor, not behind a desk.
• Excellent coaching, training, and team-building skills.
• Results-oriented mindset — you hate excuses and love winning.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends consistently.
