We are a consultative resource and provide detailed information to assist clients in making informed decisions on their commercial insurance coverage needs. Our agency works with a wide range of industries and types of coverage and since our beginning in 2008, our agency has maintained steady growth, stability, and success.

We are growing and looking for a full-time Commercial Account Executive - (Property and Casualty) position! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by being responsible for the day-to-day management of our mid-sized to largest and most complex client accounts with the potential for future growth.

1. Support Lead Sales Executives and Account Managers throughout the sales and client servicing lifecycle, ensuring a seamless client experience.
2. Prequalify new business opportunities by gathering underwriting information, evaluating eligibility, and preparing complete submissions for carrier marketing.
3. Market commercial insurance accounts, obtain competitive quotes, and prepare proposals for presentation to prospective and existing clients.
4. Coordinate the renewal process from submission through presentation and binding while ensuring timely communication with carriers and clients.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships by responding promptly to inquiries, processing endorsements, policy changes, certificates of insurance, binders, contract reviews, and other servicing requests.
6. Assist with new business sales activities by preparing quotes, coordinating follow-up activities, and supporting client meetings as needed.
7. Collaborate with carriers, underwriters, and internal business partners to secure appropriate insurance solutions and resolve service issues.
8. Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, and agency management system information while ensuring compliance with agency standards.
9. Participate in client meetings, carrier meetings, and continuing education activities to strengthen client relationships and remain current on insurance products, markets, and industry trends.

The Attributes We Seek

1. Three (3) years of commercial insurance sales, account management, or agency experience preferred.
2. Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent License required or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
3. Professional insurance designation (CIC, CPCU, AAI, ARM, CISR, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
