Roller Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

Full-time position1st Shift.

Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. Overtime may be required based on business needs

Operating and monitoring seaming equipment used in the production of building components, ensuring products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Essential Job Duties:

• Operate machinery according to established work instructions and safety procedures.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Measure materials and completed parts using tape measures, and other measuring tools.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report mechanical issues.
• Read and interpret production orders, work instructions, and manufacturing drawings.
• Maintain production records and document quality inspections as required.
• Move materials and finished products throughout the work area using proper material handling techniques.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Roller Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull materials up to 50 pounds.
