Premiums Paid For Non‑English language capacity Experience Select clinical specialties Qualifications Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required Independent clinical license within 2 years Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus Excellent time‑management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage one’s own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus. Must provide services in‑office. Massachusetts office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield Authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. • 50–55 per hour for MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
• 55–60 per hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
• 65–70 per hour for independent license
