Qualifications: Master’s Degree from an accredited program Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or valid National Certified School Psychologist certification Proficiency in research-based assessment and evaluation tools Understanding of special education rules, including IDEA and Section 504 Knowledge of multi-tiered intervention systems and student support models Responsibilities: Facilitate Functional Behavioral Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans Consult with parents/guardians regarding evaluations and support strategiesPresent assessment data to IEP teams and guide eligibility decisions Coordinate and lead IEP team meetings, serve as LEA representative as needed Provide individual and group counseling for academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges Collaborate with faculty on classroom management and support accommodations Participate in MTSS and coordinate with community agencies for student support Benefits: Non-taxable stipends and travel assistance Premium compensation Healthcare coverage and 401(k) plan Job security throughout the school year Make your next school year count—advance your career, experience new places, and support students in reaching their full potential.
