CASAIR is seeking a highly organised and motivated Flight Operations Coordinator (FOC) to join our operations team based at Jandakot Airport.

CASAIR is a well-established Australian charter operator with more than 30 years of safe operations supporting mining, emergency services, government, and corporate clients across Australia.

Reporting directly to the COO, this position sits at the center of our operation, coordinating aircraft, flight crew, clients, suppliers, freight, and operational resources to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of charter services throughout Western Australia.

This role offers a dynamic aviation environment, direct involvement in daily flight operations, a structured rotating roster, and genuine long-term career development within a growing aviation organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Aircraft and crew scheduling
• Charter quotations and flight confirmations
• Client, supplier, and flight crew liaison
• Coordination of aircraft availability and operational resources
• Processing passenger, freight, and operational documentation
• Management of delays, diversions, and operational changes
• Coordination of fuel, ground handling, accommodation, transport, and catering
• Cross-hire aircraft coordination when required
• Compliance with CASA regulations and company procedures
• Participation in after-hours operational support and safety reporting

About You

You are organised, customer-focused, and able to perform in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.

Experience in aviation, charter, logistics, freight, transport, or operational coordination is highly regarded, however training will be provided to the right candidate.
