Senior Technical Support Engineer (L3)

A highly skilled technical professional is sought for the role of Level 3 Engineer. This position is responsible for providing advanced support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues within the organization's IT infrastructure. The role will focus on the Regulatory Messaging project and requires an individual who can ensure minimal disruption to business operations through expert problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve escalated technical problems to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
• Implement, maintain, and optimize systems, networks, and applications according to industry best practices.
• Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and develop solutions to prevent future issues.
• Provide guidance and support to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, assisting with technical development and knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure upgrades and new deployments.
• Document solutions, procedures, and technical standards for internal use.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and security threats relevant to the organization.

• Strong API Expertise: Deep understanding of API troubleshooting.
• Online/Real-Time Processes: Experience managing and debugging live, active application traffic.
• Data Pipeline Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve bottlenecks or failures in data pipelines.
• SQL Server Specifics: Experience handling database connectivity, performance tuning, and cross-team collaboration with DBAs. SQL Server Resiliency: Familiarity with high-level enterprise SQL Server concepts like mirroring and replication, and the ability to identify when database synchronization is "askew."
