Peninsula Pacific Entertainment (P2E), a leading casino gaming company with multiple properties across the United States, is seeking a talented and analytical individual to join our team as the Manager of Planning & Analysis. This role is based out of our corporate offices in Northfield, NJ, and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our business, reporting to the Corporate Director of Analytics. This position works closely with the property management team and prepares detailed analysis and presentations at the executive management level.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Opportunity Evaluation : Identify and assess new revenue opportunities across our properties, conducting in-depth analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Entertainment Analysis : Evaluate and analyze the performance of entertainment offerings, providing insights to optimize programming and enhance guest experiences.
- Revenue Projections : Develop and maintain revenue projections, utilizing data-driven insights to forecast performance and inform business planning.
- Market Evaluation : Analyze and evaluate potential new markets, providing recommendations based on market trends, competitive landscape, and business potential.
- Marketing Program Performance : Assess the performance of existing marketing programs, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance effectiveness.
- Labor Analysis and Efficiency : Conduct labor analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, optimizing workforce management across properties.
- Operational Efficiencies : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational efficiencies that drive profitability and enhance the overall guest experience.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree : A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of working with complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Experience : A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning, analysis, or a related field. Casino industry experience is not required but is a plus.
- Proficiency in Data Tools : Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features like Pivot Tables, as well as experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft BI or Tableau.
- Strategic Thinking : Ability to think creatively and strategically, identifying opportunities and developing data-driven strategies to support business growth.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
