Supervisor - Ops Lighting QC

What You'll Do Ensure Equipment Readiness Lead the inspection, testing, and verification of lighting equipment to maintain operational excellence. Oversee equipment setup, teardown, cleaning, and maintenance activities before deployment. Troubleshoot technical issues and help drive effective solutions. Drive Quality Standards Develop and maintain quality control processes for inbound and outbound lighting equipment. Monitor quality outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement. Track key quality metrics, trends, and anomalies to support decision-making. Lead and Develop the Team Train, coach, and support QC Lighting Technicians in their technical and professional growth. Delegate work, prioritize tasks, and help the team meet shipping and show deadlines. Foster a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate inspection records, equipment documentation, and issue-resolution logs. Support inventory accuracy and equipment integrity throughout the process. Partner with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with operational goals and client expectations. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in professional lighting, AV, or quality control. Previous supervisory or team lead experience. Strong knowledge of professional lighting systems, signal flow, troubleshooting, and equipment handling. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
