Shift Supervisor

Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager with leadership and supervision of store personnel Help achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily store operations Assume key-holding supervisor duties for opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising Ensure regulatory compliance with state-specific regulations Review, communicate, and enforce company SOPs and communicate changes to employees Provide coaching, training, and development focused on service standards and accountability Monitor and maintain store inventory Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations Maintain professional working relationships with business partners Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance Perform other tasks assigned by management Requirements High School Diploma required Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus Prior cash handling experience Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism Ability to uphold strict confidentiality and discretion Conversational English proficiency Ability to operate electronic equipment, including computer, scanner, printer, and telecommunication devices Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR background check (delivery locations only) Must be able to pass Level 1 and Level 2 background checks Must be at least 21 years of age Must function independently and demonstrate flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies Ability to work with patrons of different ages and abilities, including those experiencing emotional distress or displaying hostile attitudes Ability to move throughout the facility and work in tight spaces Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs. Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps Visual and auditory acuity with or without job aids Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership and supervisory skills in retail operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining brand standards.
