• Schedule: 4 10s Monday-Friday 7:30a-6p
• Target patient volume is 22 per day
• Must be able to see all ages
• Hospital privileges required
• Epic experience is a plus
• 6 month minimum commitment, potential to extend
• Multiple locations (all within 15-20 minutes of each other)
