Scientist II - Immunologist - Cell Biologist

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented contractor to support in vitro immunology assays within our group. The ideal candidate will assist with various aspects of T cell and dendritic cell functional assays, including sample preparation, flow cytometry, and data handling. This role requires excellent lab skills, strong communication , interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.




Qualifications and Responsibilities




BS with a minimum of 5 years or MS with a minimum of 3 years of experience in immunology, cell biology or related field.
Hands-on experience with cell culture and flow cytometry (minimum 8 colors) is required.
Familiarity with human primary immune cells (e.g., PBMCs) is strongly preferred.
Perform in vitro assays (e.g., T cell proliferation, cytokine release, DCs co-cultures)
Follow standard protocols and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
