This on-site facility provides obstetric and gynecologic services across clinic and operating room settings to an adult patient population. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support continuous care delivery across all assigned coverage periods. Clinical operations are conducted in accordance with day shift and call coverage requirements.

Americus is a historic city in Sumter County, Georgia, known for landmarks such as the Rylander Theatre and the Windsor Hotel. The area offers a range of cultural and community attractions, including 13th Colony Distilleries, Wolf Creek Plantation Winery, and the Andersonville Encampment, which marks its 50th anniversary in 2026 with Civil War reenactments and living history demonstrations. Downtown Americus serves as a central hub for local events and commerce, drawing visitors from surrounding counties throughout the year.

Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage across clinic and OR settings on a day shift basis with call responsibilities. Clinical responsibilities encompass obstetric and gynecologic care delivered during assigned shifts, with call coverage required as a component of this assignment. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and prescriptive authority are required for all clinicians considered for this position.
