ARK Business Development is hiring Residential Team Leads to support and lead our face-to-face residential sales campaigns. What You’ll Do

• Lead and support residential sales campaigns in assigned neighborhoods and territories
• Engage homeowners face-to-face to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness
• Learn territory management, sales tracking, and leadership fundamentals
• Assist with team development, daily huddles, and performance coaching
• Work alongside management to help execute campaign goals and maintain team momentum
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and service

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Full-time availability
• Strong communication skills and a positive, coachable attitude
