The Parttime Bookkeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting a small finance team. This position requires expertise in QuickBooks and a strong foundation in bookkeeping principles to ensure precise transaction recording, reconciliation, and reporting. The role offers more than 20 hours per week with potential for growth and transition to a full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions accurately and timely
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure account accuracy
• Manage invoicing processes and track payments
• Generate financial reports for review and analysis
• Balance accounts to maintain accuracy of ledgers
• Support payroll processing and related activities
• Monitor budgets to assist in financial planning
• Collaborate effectively with the finance team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficient with QuickBooks software
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel
