Operations Process Management Manager

Leading a team in a full-time remote capacity, the Operations Process Management Manager will manage daily work activities, drive process improvements, and collaborate on system enhancements to optimize operations and meet business objectives. Key responsibilities Manage team members' work activities, ensuring accuracy and timely product delivery while supporting operations Analyze workflows and systems for continuous improvement, identifying deficiencies and developing new methods to achieve business goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and process improvements, while overseeing quality assurance and user acceptance testing Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years leading business or operational teams 2+ years facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects Experience with operations policy and claims processes Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively across various organizational levels
