Clinic Director/Equity Partner (Licensed Physical Therapist)

This is more than a Clinic Director role it's an opportunity to become an Equity Partner and help shape a clinic from the ground up. You'll have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, RCM, and everything else that will help support you and your growing clinic.

Compensation Range: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Additional Compensation: This position is also eligible for: Clinic Director Bonus Plan/Equity/Relocation Assistance

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
• 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
