Midland, TX

$19.00/Hour

Schedule: 2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off

Must be local to Midland, TX

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Tool Assistant to join a growing team supporting oilfield operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience with downhole tools in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate Cyclops Setting Tool pickups and deliveries with customer field representatives.
Wash, tear down, and rebuild Fortress Cyclops Setting Tools following company work instructions under supervision.
Report all steps of the Fortress Cyclops Recycling Program using iFortress software.
Ensure all tools and equipment are available and properly maintained.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

Previous downhole tooling experience is preferred but not required .
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficient with basic hand tools.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs .
