Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Missouri state SLP licensure
• Open to both seasoned professionals and Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students across two school campuses
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
• Maintain accurate records, track goals, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to a diverse student population
