In-house hospitalist role -- 24hr shifts, 7 am - 7 am, up to 8 shifts/month Site performs 90 - 100 deliveries per month OB emergency department sees approx. 2,700 patients per year Average daily census -- L&D: ~5, postpartum: ~9, OB ED: 8 - 11 Primary C-section rate approx. 25% Performs deliveries, manages labor, and covers OB/GYN emergencies Collaborates with private-practice OB/GYN physicians, family doctors, midwives We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage We simplify the credentialing and privileging process Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
