Commissioning Site Manager We're partnering with an industry-leading developer of AI and hyperscale data centers to hire an experienced Commissioning Site Manager. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering some of the most advanced mission‑critical facilities in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Lead Level 1–5 commissioning activities across multiple hyperscale data center projects Manage electrical, mechanical, BMS and EPMS commissioning from pre‑functional testing through integrated systems testing and final handover Coordinate with owners, contractors, consultants and equipment vendors throughout the commissioning process Oversee functional testing, startup, troubleshooting and performance validation Ensure all commissioning activities meet project specifications and industry standards Technical Experience Electrical systems including UPS, Switchgear, ATS, STS, Transformers, Generators, EPMS, BMS, PLC controls and power distribution Mechanical systems including chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, AHUs, pumps, heat exchangers, VFDs and HVAC control Knowledge of ASHRAE, BCA and NETA commissioning standards is highly desirable Requirements 5+ years of commissioning experience on hyperscale or mission‑critical data center projects Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical commissioning Experience leading commissioning activities through all project phases Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience preferred Benefits Salary $160,000–$200,000 base Equity opportunity Work on cutting‑edge AI and hyperscale data center development Long‑term career progression within a rapidly growing organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Clear.
