Behavioral Analyst (Full-Time)

Role: A Behavior Analyst responsible for leading assessments, developing, and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with Autism and related disabilities. Key Responsibilities Conduct and analyze Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to inform intervention plans. Create, update, and train caregivers on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Collect, graph, and interpret client behavior data, adjusting interventions as needed. Prepare reports for clients and funding sources. Model, train, and provide feedback to caregivers for effective BIP implementation. Maintain detailed service documentation and logs. Stay current with continuing education to maintain BCBA/LABA certification. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field. BCBA or LABA certification required; prior experience with FBAs and behavior plan development preferred. Ability to train staff, analyze data, and interpret clinical protocols. Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards. Reliable transportation and professionalism in service delivery.
