We are looking for a Primary Therapist who will work closely with clients to determine their rehabilitation needs and provide individualized treatment through structured and holistic healing. This role supports clients' foundational well-being and helps them build the skills needed to overcome challenges, heal, and grow to sustain long-term sobriety. The Therapist is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities. They will manage a patient caseload and provide group, individual, and family therapy. The Therapist will conduct psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments and maintains primary responsibility for communication with the family, referral source, and other service providers as needed. Location: Hendersonville, TN; On-Site/In-person Role Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday(s) - 9am to 9pm CST and Wednesday(s) - 8:30am to 12:30pm CST Annual Salary Range: $60,000-75,000 CORE FUNCTIONS: Group Facilitation Individual Counseling Crisis Intervention Documentation Treatment Planning Case Management QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field required. A minimum of 1 year of mental health counseling experience is required. Clinical Licensure Requirements: Mental Health Tennessee - LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT SUD Tennessee - LADAC I, LADAC II, LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT CPR Certified preferred Who we are: Epiphany Wellness is a state-of-the-art alcohol & amp; drug addiction rehab and mental health rehab center.
