What You’ll Do

• Work directly with clients to plan and coordinate event experiences
  

• Research venues, tickets, vendors, and accommodations
  

• Prepare proposals, timelines, and confirmations
  

• Provide consistent communication from planning through execution

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
