Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 09/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel PTA supporting patients recovering from injuries or illness in a skilled nursing facility in Paulsboro, NJ. Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required or may be required. Please maintain current certification. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Experience with restorative nursing programs, transfer training, gait training, and use of common durable medical equipment (Gait belts, Hoyer lifts, walkers) preferred. Ability to document clearly in electronic medical records and follow established care plans. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift name: Days. Shift schedule: Days 0830-1630. Shift pattern: 5x8. Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other affiliated facilities as needed.
