Project Manager

The Project Manager works closely with clients, sales representatives, vendors, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Manage projects from order placement through final installation. Coordinate schedules with clients, vendors, and installation crews. Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Communicate project updates with customers and internal team members. Track orders, deliveries, and installation progress. Resolve minor project issues and escalates concerns when necessary. Maintain accurate project files, reports, and documentation. Conduct project closeout and ensure customer satisfaction. Support office moves, furniture reconfigurations, and warranty service coordination. Follow company policies and maintain a professional relationship with clients. Requirements High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of project coordination or project management experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
