Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Med Surg \n Discipline: RN \n Duration: 16 weeks \n 36 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, nights \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n Med-Surg RN – Nights | Fort Defiance, AZ \n Location: Fort Defiance, Arizona \n Specialty: Med-Surg RN – Adult & Pediatric \n Contract: 16 Weeks \n Shift: 12-Hour Nights \n ⏱️ Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week \n EMR: RPMS \n Position Overview \n We are seeking experienced Med-Surg Registered Nurses to care for both adult/geriatric and pediatric patients on a 20-bed Medical-Surgical Unit. \n The unit offers excellent staffing ratios: \n Non-COVID: typically 4:1, maximum 5:1 \n COVID: typically 2:1, maximum 3:1 \n Requirements: \n Minimum 3 years of Med-Surg experience \n Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience \n Must be comfortable caring for both adult and pediatric patients \n Current AHA BLS \n Current AHA ACLS \n PALS required \n Active/current RN license as required by the facility \n Must be flexible and willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed \n Travelers may be required to float to other qualified departments \n Travelers may be assigned patient care or task-oriented duties such as answering call lights and phones \n Travelers are expected to attend staff meetings \n CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID 298948.
