Step into an engaging contract opportunity supporting young learners in a self-contained preschool classroom near Scottsdale, AZ. This role is designed for passionate Special Education Teachers with a genuine commitment to creating an inclusive, growth-oriented environment for PreK students. You'll collaborate with dedicated staff and families to ensure each child thrives and reaches key developmental milestones.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching certification
• Demonstrated experience working with preschool or PreK students
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction and IEP planning for early childhood
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt quickly and cultivate a nurturing, organized classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, research-based instruction for students with diverse learning needs ages 3-5
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, adapting strategies to maximize student growth
• Foster a safe and welcoming classroom culture for both AM and PM sessions, with up to 12 students per session
• Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families
• Maintain organized records, progress reports, and data required for compliance
• Support positive social-emotional development and self-regulation in young children

Schedule Details:

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Direct classroom instruction occurs four days per week (Monday–Thursday)
• Both morning and afternoon class sessions, maintaining individualized attention for each group
