Catering Assistant at Chick-fil-A Are you passionate about delivering phenomenal catering experiences to guests? If so, Chick‑fil‑A is the perfect opportunity for you! A catering Assistant has the opportunity to learn the nuts and bolts of a catering operation and receive leadership development along the way. No experience needed, simply a desire to learn and a passion for seeking excellence in your work! Core Functions Learn how to maintain orders and communicate with guests. Learn to communicate catering needs to kitchen. Learn to manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies. Learn to facilitate deliveries. Preferred Previous catering and/or Chick‑fil‑A experience. Requirements Enjoys serving others. Ability to work independently or as a team player. Demonstrates a high level of initiative. Detail‑oriented and proactive. Works well under pressure. Takes instruction and direction well. Demonstrates good communication and social skills. Availability includes 4am‑7am time window. Will cross‑train in the front and back to have full operational knowledge.
