Oncology Inpatient Pharmacist

This role involves rounding with the patient care team. Provide recommendations on medication interventions. Create treatment protocols in EPIC/Epic Beacon. Help facilitate the transition of care to outpatient oncology pharmacists. Submit non-formulary requests. Coordinate specialty medications for patients. The position requires good clinical experience. We serve a global patient population with high-acuity care.
