Technical Engagement Manager

Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Strategy: Own and drive customer-specific engagement strategy, including product penetration, adoption, and market share growth. Technical Leadership & Execution: Act as the primary technical leader for customer programs including tool qualification, ramp, and issue resolution. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Engineering, Service, and Sales teams to deliver product value, align roadmap, and resolve issues efficiently. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of highly technical engineers. Drive skill development, knowledge transfer, and strong collaboration across global teams. Business & Operational Ownership: Work with Business Units to execute business objectives, improve customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Physics, or related field. 5-10 years of semiconductor or capital equipment experience. Strong background in lithography, mask manufacturing, or inspection systems. Strong customer‑facing experience and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with reticle inspection, EUV, and advanced semiconductor nodes. Prior leadership experience and experience working with global semiconductor customers.
