Registered Nurse ( RN ) - Med Surg - Shelby MI 49455

Schedule:

• Full-time

• 12-hour shifts

• 72 hours per pay period

• Day Shift: 3:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Deliver holistic, patient-centered care by assessing health data, creating individualized care plans, and evaluating outcomes.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, personalized care.

• Support all aspects of the patient experience, making a meaningful impact on every patient's journey. Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• Current Michigan RN license .

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required .

• Commitment to Trinity Health's mission, vision, and values. Continuing Employment Requirements

• Familiarity with hospital and department policies and procedures, including accepted methods for requisitioning ancillary services and working with medical staff. (Typically acquired during 1-3 months of orientation.)

• Maintain current nursing knowledge, BLS certification, and required CEUs for licensure.
