Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Administer respiratory therapy treatments and assess patients respiratory conditions.

Monitor and manage mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy.

Perform tracheostomy care and airway management procedures.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.

Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using Epic charting.

Participate in emergency response efforts and assist in extubation procedures.

Qualifications

Active and valid RRT certification.

WA license in hand at the time of submission.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy.

Proficiency in using Epic charting systems.

Preferred experience in Critical Access Hospital settings.

BLS certification and ability to manage diverse patient age groups.
