The Role

As a Project Manager , you will lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the central point of coordination for owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

You will:

Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality for assigned projects
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure smooth execution
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges
Uphold Osman's high standards for safety, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction
Build strong relationships that lead to repeat business and successful outcomes
