The RoleAs a Project Manager , you will lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the central point of coordination for owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
You will:
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality for assigned projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure smooth execution
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges
- Uphold Osman's high standards for safety, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction
- Build strong relationships that lead to repeat business and successful outcomes
