About the Role:

- Manage daily schedules and appointments for management.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the team.
- Support project management and administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
