Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 02:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thur: 02:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at an industrial location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and/or maintain access logs to help support authorized access throughout the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter, as permitted by site procedures and post orders. Observe and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, and complete required documentation related to access events, incidents, and daily operations. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
